Role & Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Front End UI / UX Engineer. This pivotal role involves designing, implementing, and delivering a foundational platform for AI and Automation, leveraging Microsoft Azure as the primary technology stack. This platform will power next-generation AI-enabled business processing services, focusing on creating robust user interfaces that enable advanced data capabilities and building agentic AI intelligent interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

The Candidate will be expected to:

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and robust front-end solutions on Azure, with an emphasis on front-end components.
  • Maintain a strong focus on creating a state-of-the-art UI experience.
  • Understand UX principles and translate them into visually appealing interfaces.
  • Lead the implementation of user interfaces that are intuitive, responsive, and aligned with business needs.
  • Ensure software engineering best practices across design, code, and testing for front-end development, and maintain high-quality documentation.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing front-end components and services as the platform grows.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, proactively identifying and addressing challenges and opportunities.
  • Apply experience working in an integrated DevOps and CI/CD environment and awareness of practices for streamlined deployment and platform reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX development, with hands-on expertise in both front-end technologies.
  • js or its variants (e.g., Next.js, Vue.js).
  • Strong experience with Azure App Services.
  • Proficiency in integration with back-end Node.js frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience building intelligent front ends.
  • Experience with source control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, self-starting attitude.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Good-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of data security, privacy, and compliance best practices on Azure.
  • Exposure to business processing services or enterprise transformation projects.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
