Role & Technical Overview:

We are seeking a Business Analyst Senior who possesses a Computer Science bachelor’s degree or similar. This individual will be a key liaison, focusing on requirements gathering, gap analysis, and ensuring alignment between business needs and development efforts.

Responsibilities:

The Candidate will be expected to:

• Collaborate with management, departments, and customers to identify and build end-user requirements and specifications.
• Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis.
• Perform discovery of the customer’s current process, solution, or platform.
• Perform Gap Analysis between customer requirements and standard solutions.
• Develop analyses and documentation, communicating effectively and efficiently with developers, production, managerial, and executive teams.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the requirements are delivered according to customer quality criteria.
• Partner with developers to define optimized system integration.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Must Have:

• Experience in identifying and building end-user requirements.
• Bilingual Spanish and English (advanced/fluent).
• Deep knowledge in payments applications.
• Knowledge in banking or processing Backoffice.
• Great knowledge and experience on ISO 8583.
• Great knowledge in Payments Network (Card Schemes) concepts, certification processes, policies, and workflow.
• Experience in business rules for payments applications.
• High proficiency in business requirement writing.
• Extensive experience with data visualization.
• Strong customer service and follow-up skills.
• Proven analytical abilities.
• Experience in generating process documentation.
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
